Chuck Michaelis does an analysis on the motivations behind legislation in Connecticut that would require “mental health screening.” What Chuck sees is a hijacking of the mental screening process to strip people who think outside the box of their custodial rights and the forced “retraining” of their children to conform to “societal norms.”
