Barry Sheets and Chuck Michaelis examine recent revelations that local, state, and especially federal “law enforcement” are buying “non-standard” targets which have pictures of pregnant women, old people, children, etc. rather than the old-style silhouette targets. The purpose, the company making them admits, is to “de-sensitize” personnel toward shooting armed civilians.
