Public employees are losing their jobs because the money isn’t there to pay for their Pay-Benefit-Pension plans- the exact thing that SB5/Issue 2 was supposed to fix.
Barry Sheets and Chuck Michaelis discuss an important article in Andrew Breitbart’s Big Government Blog entitled Union Bosses Win, Ohio Workers Get Fired. One of the public entities discussed is Chuck’s local school district the Westerville City Schools. We discuss in more detail some of the antics that the Westerville City School Board of Education have used in the past and are planning to use to attempt and force the passage of a large tax increase, most of which will be used to pay for large pay increases and continued benefit and pension increases for district employees.
