We also analyze President Trump’s decision to work with Democrats on raising the debt ceiling. We also discuss the destruction of historic monuments, based on a terrible grasp of history, and why things happened the way they did. We analyze the Cato Institute’s strange statement on the “tolerance” of Islam and what weird stuff is happening in Washington DC and environs.
Principles and Policies Podcast For Saturday 7/29/2017- Barry Sheets and Chuck Michaelis start the show with a discussion of God’s character and the implications of that. We then move over to debates with the Christian community regarding how to evangelize Muslims and other non-believers. We finish with the Republican betrayal of the people who elected them, in part, to rid us of the albatross of Obamacare. We expose liars and phonies like Rob Portman, Lisa Murkowski, John McCain, etc. who ran on the promise to repeal Obamacare then voted against it.

Barry Sheets and Chuck Michaelis discuss the pluses and minuses of President Trump’s executive order on religious liberty protection, the Johnson amendment and the possibility of its repeal (the GOOD and the BAD). We also discuss the replacement of the Affordable Care Act with the American Health Care Act and that it’s really not that much different and looks like a health insurance corporate welfare program (the UGLY).

Barry and Chuck also discuss the Holman Rule that allows Congress to adjust salaries of federal departments down to $1 if Congress determines they deserve no better. We also listen as Tucker Carson destroys a hoaxer and then laughs along side him as he exposes the joke.
