Judge Black is a former general counsel and president of Planned Parenthood of Ohio. We discuss the frightening implications of a ruling in which a Federal Court judge rules that the murder of children due to a development anomaly is a categorical right. We also discuss the educational nightmare and the schizophrenic nature of so-called conservatives who support a bill in the Ohio Legislature that completely revamps the education in Ohio. The proposed system in HB 512 takes a system that is already badly broken and way too centralized into a Soviet-style and unaccountable bureaucracy.
