The question that is asked in this (and the preceding) presentation is “what recourse do the states and the people have when the federal government oversteps its specifically enumerated powers?” Barry gives a presentation that begins to answer that question but in answering it gives a great presentation on the history, philosophy, and, yes, theology behind the doctrine of interposition.
