Chuck Michaelis and Barry Sheets discuss the recent speech given by President Barack Obama on the subject of the Syrian civil war and the use of gas by some party in that conflict. We find the speech to be a jumble of indecision, innuendo, constitutional ignorance and just plain propaganda.
